Chorizo is a Portuguese Specialty. A spicy and heavily smoked sausage, with paprika as the main spice. Usually eaten in Caldo Verde, a traditional Portuguese potato soup. Also grilled hot or cold.
Sold in pairs of +300gr per vacuum packet.
