Bockwurst
Bockwurst is a typical German sausage with both beef and pork a very fine texture, delicately spiced and filled into a natural casing. Smoked until a golden colour.
The diametre of this sausage is 24mm, the length is 25cm long and weighs +/- 110 grams each.
